Farmer's Squash
1 medium/large zucchini, sliced
1 medium/large summer squash, sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
16 oz sour cream
1lb velveeta
2 tbsp dill
salt and pepper to taste
In a pot on stove top, cube velveeta and melt together with sour cream. Add dill and stir well. While cheese mixture is melting, layer veggies into well greased casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over top and blend gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy! Also great with a breaded topping!!
